Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital/tech environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and deliver complex projects and mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with product managers and developers.
• Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for scalable solutions.
• Assist with change management and stakeholder engagement with clear training materials.
