Job summary

Woolworths Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex projects and mentor junior analysts within the W Digital team. This role focuses on AI-driven process optimization and shaping strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders, document requirements, and ensure seamless integration with martech tools while advancing change management and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant portion in a senior role within a digital or technology-driven environment.
• Experience leading and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Process Optimisation: Identify and document detailed requirements for AI-driven improvements to operational workflows in campaign delivery.
• Collaborative Design & Delivery: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for scalable solutions. Support the team by ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
• Change Leadership: Support change management efforts by providing clear documentation and training materials for new tools and processes. Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Connected Ecosystem Thinking: Document and analyze the integration points of AI solutions with the existing martech stack, including Salesforce, Contentful, and MRM tools. Ensure requirements reflect seamless integration and avoid duplication.
• Operational Readiness: Assist in defining and documenting user-centric processes and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Help create documentation that supports business continuity and minimizes risk of error.
• Measurement & Feedback: Gather and analyze data and feedback to identify root causes of issues and opportunities for improvement. Support prioritization efforts by providing insights from data analysis.
• Forward Thinking: Contribute to the roadmap by documenting evolving business needs and identifying potential impacts of proposed solutions.
