Job summary

FutureYou is seeking a Business Applications and Solutions Analyst to design and improve business applications, spanning people, processes, systems and data. The role sits between business and technology, driving continuous improvement and scalable, automated, tech-enabled solutions.

You will translate complex business challenges into clear requirements, work with vendors, and support end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business or systems analysis and application improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
• Experience across multiple applications, processes and stakeholders.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with technical teams, vendors and business users to deliver solutions.
• Understanding of systems integration, APIs, workflow automation and application architecture concepts.
• Experience supporting UAT, implementation, change and business sign-off.
• Strong organisation, documentation and prioritisation skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to move work from discovery through to delivery.
