Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, seeks an experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to conduct functional assessments and develop tailored PBS plans. Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach.
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
