Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. You’ll work across diverse settings—from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centers—and collaborate with families, carers and teammates to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
• Registration with the appropriate professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA, SPA, AASW) as applicable.
• A positive and flexible approach to work; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants.
• Deliver services across diverse settings (homes, schools, community) and support coordinators.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with mentors and supervision.
