LiveBig in Australia is seeking aPositive Behaviour Support Practitioner to support NDIS clients in the Northern Perth area. This full-time or part-time role (minimum 3 days) involves home and community-based therapy, assessments, and clinical reporting with a supportive, clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• PBS knowledge and NDIS standards understanding.
• Experience or registration related to PBS for NDIS clients.
• Ability to document clinical decisions clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a supportive team to drive client outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records after each visit or interaction.
• Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate supports respecting individual needs.
• Schedule appointments and liaise with clients, stakeholders and the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver supports in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant guidelines.
