Job summary

Good Collective Australia is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver PBS-aligned assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans, and implement plans within the NDIS framework. You will work with clients, their families and support networks to create effective strategies and ensure interventions uphold client dignity and rights.

The role offers hybrid and flexible work options, a supportive team of Psychologists and BSPs, and a fair, manageable caseload structure designed to prioritise

Qualifications

• NDIS registration (provisional or current core level)
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and restrictive practices
• Full working rights in Australia
• Driver’s license and access to a car

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioural assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans aligned with NDIS PBS standards.
• Collaborate with clients, families and support networks to implement effective strategies.
• Apply best practices under ACT Senior Practitioner Act 2018 to safeguard client dignity and rights.
• Review and adjust Behaviour Support Plans as clients’ needs evolve with a supportive team.
