Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver PBS services for NDIS participants. You’ll work across homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres, building relationships and delivering function-based plans.

Ideal candidates have relevant tertiary qualifications, required registrations, and at least 12 months of experience. A driver’s license and clear screenings are needed; a supportive, collaborative team environment is offered with

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification and registration in a related field.
• NDIS registration or evidence of eligibility is preferred.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and collaborate with teams.
• Engage with participants, families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
