Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings. You will work in homes, schools, playgrounds and community centres, applying assessment and intervention skills to support goals and funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma in a related field.
• Registration such as AHPRA, SPA, AASW or BSPA where applicable.
• NDIS Practitioner status or evidence required.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings including homes, schools, workplaces and community centres.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex challenges.
• Attend weekly team meetings and participate in supervision.
• Support participants to maximise NDIS funding and achieve goals.
