Job summary

MedHealth is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Penrith team. You will conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop personalised PBS plans, supporting participants with complex needs within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high‑quality behaviour support plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
