Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings in Albury. You will utilize assessment and intervention skills to help participants achieve goals and maximize funding.

The role requires a tertiary qualification with registration, plus flexibility, strong communication, and a valid Australian driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS context preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, flexible approach and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Current Australian driver’s license and relevant registrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and data collection.
• Collaborate with home, school, and community settings.
• Attend weekly team meetings and participate in mentoring.
