Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings. You will work within a supportive, interdisciplinary team, developing and implementing plans that maximize outcomes and funding access.

Qualifications

• Registration with the appropriate Australian board or body (e.g., AHPRA/SPA/AASW) is mandatory.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or equivalent.
• A valid Australian driver's license and Working with Children Check are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings (homes, schools, community).
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans using function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to client-centred care.
