Job summary

Virtual Colleague is seeking a proactive Partnerships & Growth Lead to drive growth and engagement for its global movement of generosity and social impact. The role will start part-time, focusing on identifying and engaging churches, pastors, and networks in the Philippines to introduce the platform and encourage registrations and participation.

You will blend lead generation, research, strategic outreach, and partnership development to help reach the initial goal of 10,000 new registered users.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to engage professionally and persuasively.
• Experience in lead generation, outreach, partnerships, community engagement, or related field.
• Strong research skills to identify contacts, organisations, and decision-makers.
• Ability to initiate conversations, follow up with prospects, and build relationships across stakeholder groups.
• Good organizational skills to manage contact lists, pipelines, and multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate the mission accurately and authentically.
• Results-oriented with focus on measurable growth, conversion, ROI.
• Willingness to test new approaches and adapt strategies as the business grows.
• Genuine interest in social impact, generosity, volunteering, and community development.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential users, partners, and influential networks aligned with the mission.
• Build targeted contact lists of churches, pastors, congregations, volunteer organisations, charities, and philanthropists.
• Identify opportunities within the Philippines to establish an initial user base and grow a repeatable growth strategy.
• Develop outreach strategies and test approaches tailored to mission and audience.
• Conduct personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Nurture relationships with pastors, church leaders, volunteers, and other stakeholders to promote the platform.
• Drive registrations toward the target of 10,000 users and monitor active engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and partnerships.
• Provide progress updates, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
