Job summary

Hello Sunday Morning, a health and wellbeing nonprofit, is seeking a Commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager. The role is fully remote with occasional in-person team days and reports to the Head of Development.

You will drive revenue growth through strategic corporate partnerships and sustainable new business pipelines, aligning with our mission and ESG outcomes. You will own the partnership lifecycle from qualification and proposal to negotiation, renewal and growth, collaborating

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in corporate partnerships or revenue-generating roles.
• Proven track record converting opportunities into signed, high-value agreements.
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills; able to manage complex pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual corporate partnerships revenue target.
• Convert existing pipeline opportunities into signed partnership agreements and actively develop a strong new business pipeline.
• Manage the complete partnership cycle from qualification, proposal development and negotiation through to conversion, stewardship, renewal and growth.
• Prioritise high value and multi-year partnerships and contribute to income diversification through partnerships and fee-for-service offerings.
• Build trusted relationships with corporate partners and ensure timely reporting on outcomes and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on cobranded initiatives, storytelling, brand visibility and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasts and reporting and communicate progress to the Head of Development.
• Ensure partnership activity aligns with organisational values, governance and compliance.
