Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Manager to drive international growth across renewable energy investments, battery manufacturing partnerships, and physical commodity trading.

You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, shape the digital strategy with the founder, and build a credible online presence to attract investors, distributors, buyers, and strategic partners worldwide. Opportunity to grow a marketing function within the company.

Qualifications

4+ years in digital marketing with 2+ years in a lead or manager role.
Proven B2B marketing strategy and lead generation.
Strong LinkedIn marketing expertise.
Experience with SEO, website management (WordPress/Wix/Webflow), and Google Analytics.
Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (Mailchimp/HubSpot/Zoho).
Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms, digital sales funnels, and performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal English, with ability to create polished content for international audiences.
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite proficiency for marketing materials.
Remote, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Experience in energy, manufacturing, trading, finance, or investment sectors is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a B2B digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and international partnerships.
Oversee LinkedIn presence and ads to build company credibility and attract partners.
Grow founder’s professional profile on LinkedIn to position them as an industry voice.
Manage website/SEO; optimize content to clearly communicate offerings and credibility.
Plan and run lead generation campaigns targeting investors, distributors, buyers, and suppliers.
Design and manage email campaigns and newsletters to nurture relationships.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Oversee creation of marketing materials including social content, profiles, presentations, blogs, and updates.
Monitor market trends in renewables, storage, and commodities; analyze competitors for opportunities.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
Maintain a consistent, credible brand voice across digital touchpoints.
