Job summary

PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Newcastle is seeking a patient-focused receptionist for a 12-month fixed term full-time position. You will be the first contact for patients, answer phones, manage bookings, and support billing and invoicing while ensuring accurate data entry.

Working with our medical teams across Nuclear Medicine, Radiography and Ultrasound, you will help transition patients from reception to their procedures, maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service in a busy
