Job summary

PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a Practice Receptionist for the Newcastle region to join a growing diagnostic imaging network. This full-time role rotates across Glendale, Mayfield, Adamstown and Charlestown practices, delivering exceptional patient care from the first contact.

You will enter patient information accurately, manage bookings, assist billing and liaise with referrers, while supporting a friendly, professional team in a fast-paced environment. Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in MS Office and data entry.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy reception.
• Team player with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction with patients.
• Accurately enter and review patient information.
• Work closely with medical teams to ensure smooth transition from reception to procedures.
• Manage patient billing and invoicing.
• Liaise with referring doctors.
• Manage bookings using the appointment system.
