Job summary

Cardijn College in Adelaide seeks a proactive ICT Support Officer to assist staff and students across the campus. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain ICT equipment, and contribute to the ongoing development of ICT services to support teaching and learning.

Reporting to the Director of ICT Services, you will work with autonomy, maintain records, respond to helpdesk requests, and participate in ICT operational improvements, including occasional out-of-hours

About The Role

Reporting to the Director of ICT Services, the ICT Support Officer provides responsive and professional ICT support to staff and students across the College. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain ICT systems and equipment, support software and hardware deployments, and contribute to the ongoing development of ICT services across our campuses.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate IV in Information Technology (or equivalent) and/or demonstrated experience in a comparable ICT support role.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or the ability to obtain one.
• Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN-EC) certification, or willingness to obtain.
