Trinity College in the northern Adelaide region seeks an ICT Services team member to provide frontline staff and student support, resolve hardware/software issues, and assist with classroom technology. Working in a busy educational environment, you will manage devices, accounts and documentation with a focus on reliability and customer service.
Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and classroom tech is essential.
Trinity College is a multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College founded in a liberal education tradition and located in the northern Adelaide region. This Role is an essential and valued part of our College operations. As part of the College-wide ICT Services team, you will help staff and students use College technology effectively and minimise disruption to teaching, learning and College operations. This is a practical, user-focused role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people and working in a busy educational environment.
