Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve issues across software, hardware and networks to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and optimize IT procedures and configurations for reliability and performance.
• Maintain and support IT systems including desktops, OS, security tools and networks.
• Provide training and guidance on new technologies to team members.
• Analyze malfunctions and address complex issues within the IT framework.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate technology solutions supporting growth.
