Job summary

Princess Polly Online Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast invites applications for an ICT Support Officer to support our HQ team, keep systems running smoothly, and help us stay at the cutting edge of workplace tech. You will report to the Global IT Director and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The role focuses on hands-on end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, SaaS management across the business, and maintaining cybersecurity and network basics while collaborating with vendors

Qualifications

Strong ICT support in a fast-paced HQ environment.
Proficient troubleshooting across Windows and macOS.
Experience providing Level-2 SaaS support and liaising with vendors.

Responsibilities

Providing on-the-ground tech support for HQ team and corporate functions.
Troubleshooting IT hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, video conferencing, printers).
Supporting SaaS applications and coordinating with third-party vendors to resolve issues.
Monitoring cybersecurity risks and mitigating them proactively.
Managing office network environment—routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN.
