Job summary

The Social Services Regulator (SSR) is an independent statutory authority safeguarding the rights of children, young people and adults in Victoria. We regulate standards, screening schemes and related programs, focusing on risk-based, intelligence-led approaches for safety and compliance.

We seek an ICT Project Coordinator to support Strategy and Analytics in coordinating ICT projects, gathering requirements, and ensuring processes align with strategic priorities and service delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into concrete project tasks.
• Experience coordinating ICT projects is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the liaison between the ICT project team and subject matter experts throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist with ICT level one support queries and ad-hoc testing of SSR applications.
• Assist the Strategy and Analytics Manager to monitor project team performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help team members complete tasks and deliverables.
• Distill key information and apply knowledge of departmental programs to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate training for SSR ICT systems.
