Job summary

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of complex RCS cases, including receiving notifications, monitoring case progress, and informing other agencies as required.
• Acting as the key liaison with organisations undertaking or involved in RCS investigations and developing supportive relationships for outcomes.
• Assisting the team leader in implementing internal and external policies to ensure the SSR fulfils its RCS functions.
• Providing detailed, evidence-based advice and recommendations to RCS Branch Managers and SSR Executive on cases and regulatory actions.
• Supporting the team by identifying, analysing and responding to emerging issues and risks.
