The Social Services Regulator (SSR) in Victoria seeks an ICT Project Coordinator to support the Strategy and Analytics team with coordinating ICT projects, change management, and documenting requirements.

Under the Strategy and Analytics Manager, you will assist with project coordination across the lifecycle, provide ad-hoc testing, monitor performance, and foster cross-team collaboration to deliver improvements.

• Support Strategy and Analytics Manager in monitoring project team performance and reporting to stakeholders.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help team members complete tasks and deliverables.
• Distil key information and apply knowledge of departmental programs to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate training for SSR ICT systems.
