The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Category Operations Manager to drive planning rhythm, forecast accuracy and commercial performance for the Ice Cream category. You will partner with CSP, Brand and Customer teams to translate category, shopper and market data into actionable insights and steer promotional investment.

Ideal candidates have experience in FMCG or fast-moving environments, strong data literacy and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, category, commercial or cross-functional roles.
• Ability to analyze data to generate insights and actions.
• Understanding of category growth management and channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast reviews and contribute to sales/operational planning cycles.
• Analyse market data to build insights for customer strategies.
• Shape NPD business cases with category and customer metrics.
• Generate standardised category market data reporting and analysis (Monthly).
• Provide insights to CSP leads to shape category expertise and range reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to drive promotional investment and growth.
