Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks a Customer Manager P&C to drive profitable growth across Petrol & Convenience customers and strengthen Streets position within the channel. You will lead Joint Business Plans, manage relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, Supply Chain and Distribution.

You will own forecasting, execution of trade plans, NPD activation and in-store execution, while delivering KPIs like turnover, profitability and market share across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer management or account management in consumer goods or food channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to use data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• End-to-end thinking with ownership for results in a fast-moving organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and land trading terms to develop annual Joint Business Plans.
• Drive ice cream category growth and market share ahead of competitors within assigned accounts.
• Forecast accurately and manage turnover, gross profit and trade investments.
• Lead range, space reviews and promotions with internal partners and customers.
• Coordinate with Distribution, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure in-store execution and DIFOT.
• Own NPD sell-in and in-store execution with customers for faster time-to-market.
