Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Customer Manager P&C to drive profitable growth across Petrol & Convenience customers, grow the ice cream category, and strengthen Streets’ position within the channel. You’ll be the primary commercial contact, develop strong customer relationships, and lead Joint Business Plans with internal partners across Category, Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer management or account management in the food/consumer goods sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• Data-driven with ability to use CRM tools and market insights.

• Drive ice cream category growth and market share.
• Forecasting and delivery of turnover, gross profit and trade investment.
• Lead NPD sell-in and in-store execution with customers.
