Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Sydney CBD is seeking a Customer Manager for Petrol & Convenience to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of P&C customers, grow the ice cream category, and strengthen Streets’ position within the channel.

You'll own the customer relationship from strategy to execution, land trading terms, lead Joint Business Plans, forecast turnover and gross profit, and collaborate with Category, Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain to deliver on planograms and in-store

Qualifications

Experience in customer management and account management in consumer goods.
Strong communication and relationship-building with internal teams and external customers.
Comfort with data, CRM tools and market insights to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage overall relationship with Customer, land trading terms and Joint Business Plans.
Drive Ice Cream Category growth and market share ahead of competitors across assigned P&C customers.
Forecast turnover and gross profit and manage Trade Investment.
Lead range and space reviews and coordinate with Distribution, Supply Chain and Marketing.
Lead NPD sell-in and execution with customers to maximize distribution.
