EML Group seeks an Experienced Case Manager to support workers' compensation claims in NSW, with options across Sydney, Parramatta or Newcastle and hybrid work flexibility. You will manage a portfolio of claims, focus on high-level service, and help injured workers return to work.

You will join a growth-focused team at a leading claims management business and collaborate with employers to deliver timely outcomes, ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance with legislation.

Qualifications

• Provide empathetic service to injured workers and employers.
• Proactively manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims within the legislation.
• Deliver customer-focused outcomes across a portfolio of cases.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide early, timely and personal customer focused service to injured workers and employers.
• Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of workers' compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelines.
• Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
• Provide accurate and complete information about claims, entitlements and responsibilities.
• Conduct claims reviews, case conferences or face-to-face meetings with clients as required.
