EML is a leading workers compensation and personal injury claims management business. We are seeking a Senior Case Manager in Perth with hybrid work options to support injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in workers compensation or self-insured claims.
• Empathetic, resilient approach with customer focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claims handling.
• Ability to coach and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement proactive claims strategies within required timeframes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess liability and recovery matters under relevant legislation.
• Manage rehabilitation providers and approve wellness plans.
• Support injured workers' recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on complex claims.
