Job summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) invites a Training Specialist for a fixed term contract in Sydney CBD. You will design and deliver learning solutions to support IT systems implementations and organisational change, leading training with project and business resources across hybrid work arrangements.

The role focuses on translating complex technical and business processes into engaging training, creating eLearning, manuals, and facilitator guides, and ensuring adoption aligned

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years designing, building and delivering technology training solutions.
Experience in organisation-wide technology implementations such as ERP or CRM.
Experience delivering TTT and end-user training in virtual environments.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver effective learning solutions for IT systems and change programs.
Lead training delivery with project and business resources (virtual and in-person).
Develop learning assets: eLearning, guides, manuals, videos, job aids.
