Job summary

AGL Energy Limited is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to drive operational excellence by bridging business teams and technology solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver pricing and scripting changes, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.

This role partners with Salesforce Administrators and developers to implement enhancements and optimise processes. You’ll document requirements, collaborate across stakeholders, and maintain familiarity with Salesforce Clouds

Qualifications

Experience as a business or systems analyst in tech-enabled operations.
Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specs.
Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture and related clouds.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business units and IT, translating needs into system changes.
Troubleshoot issues, update pricing and scripting, ensure service continuity.
Gather and validate requirements with owners to improve operational efficiency.
Develop user stories and collaborate with Salesforce team to deliver solutions.
Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Clouds through training and hands-on work.
