Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in a business analyst or systems analyst role.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture; Trailhead training in CPQ, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud recommended.
- Ability to execute and support pricing and scripting changes within operational systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with proactive issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between business units and IT operations; translate business needs into actionable system changes.
- Support day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues and implementing pricing/scripts changes.
- Collaborate with business unit owners to gather, validate, and document requirements for operational efficiency.
- Develop basic user stories and work with Salesforce Admins, developers, and the Voice & AI Lead to deliver solutions.
- Maintain understanding of Salesforce Clouds through Trailhead and hands-on experience.
