• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar in a complex technology delivery environment.
• Ability to elicit and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitation of workshops, mapping of processes, and producing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with system integration testing, UAT and business readiness.
