Job summary

AGL Energy in Melbourne seeks a Systems Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, troubleshooting issues, delivering pricing and scripting changes, and translating requirements into actionable user stories. You will collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, developers, and the Voice & AI Lead to implement enhancements and optimise processes.

The role emphasizes an operational mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for reliable systems.

Qualifications

Experience as a business analyst or systems analyst.
Ability to capture, document and translate business needs into user stories and functional specs.
Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and related clouds (CPQ/OmniStudio/Marketing Cloud).

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business units and IT operations to translate needs into system changes.
Troubleshoot issues and implement pricing and scripting changes to ensure continuity.
Gather, document and validate requirements with business owners.
Develop user stories and collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers and the Voice & AI Lead.
