AGL are seeking a Systems Business Analyst to drive operational excellence by translating business needs into actionable system changes. You’ll liaise between business units and IT, document requirements, and work with Salesforce Admins, developers and the Voice & AI Lead to enhance pricing and scripting, ensuring smooth system performance and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst or systems analyst in a tech-enabled ops environment.
• Ability to gather, document and translate business requirements into user stories and specs.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture and relevant clouds; Trailhead exposure preferred.
• Ability to execute pricing and scripting changes within operational systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a liaison between business units and IT operations to translate needs into system changes.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement pricing and scripting changes, ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with business owners to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Develop user stories and work with Salesforce Admins, developers, and the Voice & AI Lead.
• Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (CPQ, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
