Job summary

Royal Flying Doctor Service WA to lead the design and implementation of a workforce planning framework. You will forecast supply against base budgets, anticipate attrition, and align rostering with contractual obligations across a growing team.

Based in Jandakot with flexible hybrid working, you will drive recruitment alignment, onboarding planning, and 24/7 rostering. Strong Excel and Power BI capabilities underpin your analytical decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic or operational workforce planning.
• Ability to build and lead a small team in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong modelling and data interpretation skills to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the RFDS WA Workforce Planning Framework. Forecast supply against budgeted FTE at each base, anticipate attrition, leave and training impacts, and ensure financially viable allocations.
• Turn forecasts into action by aligning recruitment with future demand and coordinating onboarding planning.
• Lead the rostering function across aeromedical workforces, set standards and timelines, and secure approvals from operational leaders.
