Job summary

Silverchain is seeking a Resource Coordinator in Osborne Park, Western Australia, to roster direct care providers and optimise service delivery. The full-time role begins with 6–8 weeks office-based training, then a hybrid schedule with two office days per week and remaining days from home.

You will analyse provider availability, manage timesheets, and support continuous improvement while keeping data accurate and reporting timely.

Qualifications

• Previous rostering/scheduling experience is essential.
• Flexible to work varied rosters and travel to other offices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to autonomously manage time and workload.
• Empathetic approach to clients and providers scheduling issues.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and roster direct care providers to ensure quality service.
• Analyse provider availability and rounds for efficient resource use.
• Monitor and action notifications from providers.
• Maintain data integrity in management systems for rostering and compliance.
• Process planned and unplanned leave including holidays.
• Verify discrepancies in timesheets and authorisations.
• Provide administration support to the Line Manager and team.
• Support continuous improvement of business processes.
• Prepare and present reporting as required.
