Job summary

DP World in Fremantle is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join a dedicated team. The role focuses on collating, evaluating, and delivering efficient workforce planning solutions by managing daily rostering and leave planning, while aligning with the national planning team and operations to forecast needs and identify improvement opportunities.

The position involves managing the vehicle booking system and facilitating cargo transport arrangements.

Qualifications

Experience in workforce planning/ rostering per industrial agreements.
Strong data analysis and process-improvement ability.
Proficient in Excel with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication across all levels.
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Customer-focused with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate rosters aligned with operational needs and enterprise agreements undertakings.
Escalate rostering issues and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
Maintain workforce databases.
Manage annual leave planning, ensuring deadlines are met and impacts are forecast.
Liaise with transport partners and facilitate vehicle bookings and traffic flow.
Work with internal teams and external partners to support effective workforce planning and efficient, timely receival and dispatch of cargo.
