Job summary

Bethanie in Western Australia is seeking a Workforce Operations Officer to support integrated planning and rostering across aged care services. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week and offers a rotating roster with early starts and late shifts.

The successful candidate will coordinate rosters, reconcile timesheets, and liaise with staff and managers to minimise staffing risks while maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in rostering, workforce scheduling or customer service is essential.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• High attention to detail and confidence using workforce management, rostering, payroll and Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate short-notice staffing vacancies and live roster changes in Dayforce across residential aged care services.
• Reconcile timesheet variances and maintain accurate records to support payroll and compliance.
• Liaise with employees, managers and service teams to minimise staffing risks and maintain safe care delivery.
• Escalate workforce shortages and operational risks promptly to support business continuity.
