CommBank is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the GM Treasury Markets and Commodities Risk and IBM Risk COO. The role covers advanced diary and inbox management, meeting preparation, and coordination of events, with a strong emphasis on HR support and staffing planning.

The position is hybrid, offering 50% in-office time, and involves close collaboration with risk governance, budgeting, and reporting to executives and the board.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative and diary management for the GM Treasury Markets and Commodities Risk and IBM Risk COO.
• Assist in meeting preparation, coordinating agendas and minute taking.
• Arrange events, offsites and team activities (including catering when required).
• Assist with complex HR management, advising on policies and personnel changes while aligning with risk strategy.
• Maintain accurate FTE reports and regularly update org charts.
• Support governance dashboards and regulatory matter tracking with market risk governance team.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to minimise risk and keep the office informed.
• Assist with annual leave liability reporting and attendance dashboards.
• Ensure meeting deadlines by communicating with stakeholders and act as EGM EA delegate when needed.
• Coordinate reporting with the CRO Office and board schedules.
