Job summary

CommBank is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the GM Treasury Markets and Commodities Risk and the IBM Risk Chief Operating Officer. The role involves complex diary management, meeting preparation, and event coordination within a hybrid work model.

You will provide HR-related advisory support, maintain staffing reports and org charts, and assist with risk governance dashboards and annual leave tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, professional admin and secretarial support with complex diary and inbox management.
• Assist in meeting preparation and coordinating agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Engagement management for teams: arrange events, offsites, catering as required.
• HR management support: advise on policies and job changes, aligning with risk strategy.
• Maintain accurate FTE reports and regularly update team org charts.
• Support governance dashboards and risk-related reporting with CRO Office coordination.
• Track expenses and ensure spending stays within policy and budget.
• Assist with annual leave liability reporting and attendance dashboards as needed.
• Coordinate with Board/ELT timelines and act as EGM EA delegate when required.
