Job summary

Commonwealth Bank is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Treasury Markets and Commodities Risk team in Sydney. You will support the GM Treasury Markets and Commodities Risk and the IBM Risk COO with high-level administrative duties, diary/inbox management, and premium calendar coordination.

You will also manage meetings, take minutes, coordinate events, and assist HR processes while ensuring budget alignment and regulatory dashboards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience providing executive-level administrative support.
• Ability to manage complex diaries and inboxes for senior leaders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, professional admin support for senior risk leaders.
• Prepare meetings, coordinate agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
• Coordinate events and offsites for teams and stakeholders.
• Assist HR activities including policy guidance and staffing changes.
• Maintain FTE reports and team org charts; update dashboards as needed.
• Support market risk governance with regulatory matter dashboards.
• Monitor expenses and keep leadership updated on budgets.
• Assist with annual leave liability reporting and attendance dashboards.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to GM and CRO Office; act as delegate when required.
