DotCollective in Melbourne is seeking an SDR to start conversations that become major client partnerships. You’ll join a team that blends high-touch sales with AI-powered delivery, working with Growth, Marketing, Delivery, Product and Retail teams.

We value curiosity about ecommerce, phone and writing confidence, and a disciplined approach to outreach and CRM hygiene. The role offers hybrid working with a Melbourne office and WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a sales, business development, SDR/BDR or customer-facing role (agency, SaaS or ecommerce experience a plus).
• Genuine curiosity about how retail and ecommerce businesses work and grow.
• Confidence on the phone and in writing, with resilience to handle rejection.
• Strong research skills to quickly identify what a business does and where it’s stuck.
• Organised with activity, follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Comfort using AI tools day-to-day and the ability to judge when human edit is needed.
• Coachable, competitive and motivated by targets.
