Job summary

You Solved is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth. Be the friendly first point of contact for potential clients, move leads through the pipeline, and support the Managing Director with running the business.

This casual, hybrid role offers a 35 AUD per hour rate with bonuses, flexible hours, and office options in Terrigal or Sydney CBD. Prior sales or customer service experience, strong English, and comfort with CRM tools are key; WHV welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Friendly phone manner and confidence in outbound calls.
• Experience using CRM tools (Go High Level).
• Experience with Monday.com is a bonus; we will train the right person.
• Backpacker or WHV status welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow up warm leads.
• Book sales calls with the MD or BDM.
• Nurture leads via phone, email, and CRM.
• Keep Monday.com boards and CRM up to date.
