DotCollective is seeking an SDR to kick off conversations and build client partnerships in a growth-focused role. Based in Australia with hybrid options from Collingwood, you’ll join a tight-knit team reporting to Growth Manager - Outbound & Partners and collaborating with Growth, Marketing, Delivery, Product and Retail teams.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in sales or related roles, a curious mindset about ecommerce, strong phone and writing skills, and a disciplined approach to CRM hygiene.

Formación

• 0 to 2 years in a sales, business development, SDR/BDR or customer-facing role.
• Genuine curiosity about how retail and ecommerce businesses work and grow.
• Confidence on the phone and in writing.
• Strong research skills to quickly understand a business.
