Job summary

You Solved is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the friendly first contact for potential clients. You will nurture warm leads, keep our pipeline moving, and support the Managing Director with daily operations.

This casual, hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely with 1–2 days in the office. The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, excellent English, and a proactive, outbound mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Friendly phone manner and confidence in outbound calls.
• Experience using CRM tools (Go High Level).
• Experience with Monday.com is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person.
• Backpacker or WHV status welcome!

Responsibilities

• Follow up warm leads and nurture them via phone, email, and CRM.
• Book sales calls with the MD or BDM.
• Nurture leads and keep systems up to date.
• Maintain Monday.com boards and CRM up to date.
• Assist with light email marketing and admin tasks.
• Be the glue to keep the team running smoothly.
