Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explore sales process improvements (automation and simplification) that place the salesperson at the centre.
• Engineer structured data capture that can be turned into valuable insights through Salesforce dashboards and reports.
• Help the teams to leverage Salesforce as a communication tool and improve data capture like meeting minutes.
• Analyse how the teams currently use the platform and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce is a central hub for all sales activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to Salesforce usage and effectiveness.
• Support the creation of training materials to enhance Salesforce proficiency across teams.
