Job summary

ASX is seeking a knowledgeable Sales Support professional to back the Technology & Data division, driving targeted service sales and handling onboarding for clients.

You will assist with lead generation, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with product, finance and engineering teams to present a compelling end-to-end offering. Hybrid working is available, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Be responsible for supporting and driving sales of targeted services and solutions from ASX's Technology & Data division.
• Assist with onboarding and client licencing to ensure smooth orders and accurate processing.
• Engage in lead generation and respond to product inquiries from prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive sales of ASX's Technology & Data services.
• Assist onboarding to ensure licensing and reporting obligations are understood.
• Respond to inbound product inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with finance, product, engineering and governance teams on end-to-end offerings.
• Represent ASX at events and conferences to promote products and solutions.
