Job summary

Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development NSW is seeking a Systems Analyst to support, maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM platform across Local Land Services. This hands-on role involves admin, configuration and business analysis to ensure the platform evolves with business needs.

You will work with users, vendors and technical teams to troubleshoot incidents, manage user access, test functionality and document requirements. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise business systems; Salesforce CRM experience highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting testing, releases and integrations.
• Excellent communication and customer service; ability to manage stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach and customer-focused technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, administration and configuration of the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, user requests, synchronisation and integration errors.
• Configure workflows, forms, user access, security roles and system settings to support business requirements.
• Work with business users to understand requirements, document solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support testing, deployment and validation activities for system upgrades, releases and enhancements.
• Monitor integrations, data quality and system performance, escalating complex issues where required.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles and user guidance materials.
• Deliver responsive customer support and help drive continuous improvement of CRM capabilities and business processes.
